Protection means preserving the records, documentation, technical foundations and legal continuity needed for continued operation. It is not a promise of price, liquidity or future token returns.
Records
A holder has a clear path to the records of their holding and to documents. The public website does not display personal data.
History
The archive of original documents, pages and communication preserves an evidentiary and historical trail.
Know-how
Ownership of documentation, code and architecture is stated only to the extent of demonstrated rights.
Operational continuity
Backups, access rights, responsible persons, infrastructure, monitoring and a recovery plan.
Communication
Clearly identified official domains, one portfolio, phishing warnings, dated updates and clearly labelled archived documents.
What was preserved after 2022
Following the intervention at the end of 2022, the legal identity of the issuer, the documentation, the communication archive, the records and the know-how were preserved to the extent demonstrated. Since then we have been gradually restoring the systems — step by step, with a date on every change.
What protection is not
Protection is not a guarantee of token price, liquidity, returns or the outcome of the criminal proceedings. Such a promise would not be honest — and honesty is what trust is rebuilt on.
